St. Teresa of Avila Study Club
St. Teresa of Avila, model for the interior life and devotion to St. Joseph, pray for us.

St. Teresa of Avila Study Club formed more than 50 years ago at Sacred Heart.  The group meets in the home of one of it's members the evening of the second Tuesday of each month.

Over the years various scripture study lessons have been used. 

Currently the group is studying from the book:
God's Promises Fulfilled: A Scriptural Journey With Jesus the Messiah

Each year in November and December, for nearly 12 years the St. Teresa of Avila Study Club has placed the "Giving Tree" in the Church to collect Christmas gifts for the poor.  These gifts have been taken to the Sisters of St. Francis in Mishawaka, IN and have been greatly received.

Dues of a very minimal amount is collected each month to cover any expenses that might be incurred and donations have also been made to: Food for the Poor and Masses have been said for deceased and current members of the group.

Membership is limited, but there are a few spots available!
